We live in Chile, we know our culture, we have toured the best places in our country, and we are completely focused on fishing expeditions in Chile.
When you plan an excursion with Chile Angling Expeditions, you never pay more than if you reserved directly with the lodge, the guide, or the proprietors of the place you’re visiting. The price is the same.
Sometimes customers think that they save money when they do the planning themselves. This isn’t the case; actually, in the end the trip can cost more if you take care of it yourself. The possibility of hiring an inexperienced guide, staying in a low-quality lodge, booking for the wrong dates, etc…it’s not worth the headache!
For Chile Angling Expeditions, the most important thing is that you travel to the right place. We will never sell a trip in order to fulfill agreements with lodges or fill empty spaces out of necessity.
We are determined to find the right place based on your expectations.!
In addition to finding the perfect destination for you, we concern ourselves with the right date for the place, the size of your party versus the availability, the allocated budget for the trip, and any other details that need attention.
We design the trip tailored to your needs.
Our staff is concerned with every pre-trip detail and all the necessary information: tips about the fish found in the area, relevant species, the weather and climate, the logistics of the journey, the appropriate equipment, and your packing list. We teach you the technique of fly fishing, or, if you need to perfect your skills, to select a suitable fly; in short, everything you need to have a perfect experience.
Chile is a small, gorgeous country, located in South America beneath Peru and west of Argentina. It’s notoriously nestled between the Andes Mountains and 2900 miles of Pacific Ocean coastline. This long, narrow country is home to a variety of vibrant landscapes, from the Atacama Desert--one of the driest regions in the world--to the massive and widely untouched national parks in Patagonia, such as Torres del Paine.
Chile is recognized as one of the world’s foremost destinations for freshwater fly fishing as well as an ideal spot for saltwater fishing, crowned three times the best adventure and tourism destination in the world. Adding to its allure, Chile is currently the most stable and safe country in South America. Chile beckons to all types of travelers, from adrenaline junkies to families looking to make memories together, and it’s an irresistible invitation.
Maybe it’s time to travel to this end of the world to find the finest fishing adventures and a truly remarkable experience of a lifetime.
Fishing season in Patagonia starts in early October, ending the end of April.
